License File Not Received

Hello,

I have CCS4 installed in a laptop with Node Locked license file (CCSTUDIO TMDSCCS-ALLN01-v4.0).

CCS5 is also installed. Today I received an activation ID for CCS5 Node free license.

I used it to obtain a license. The procedure run without problems. Afterwards I received an email message with the instructions, and I was supposed to receive another message with the file itself, but I didn't receive it.

I tried again, but the same problem happened.

Please advise,

Hi Jacob,

if you log on to www.ti.com/myregisteredsoftware do you see your license file?

If you can not get it from there, then the best thing to do is email the license team at ccs_subscriptions@list.ti.com and they should be able to help you.
