Hi,
while renewing my license i got the following email :

Code Composer Studio v4 -- UPGRADE TO v5 NOW AVAILABLE

* * * * A new upgrade for Code Composer Studio is available.
* * * * Before you save this TI License File (.lic) for v4, follow these steps.
* * * * Go to www.ti.com/myregisteredsoftware
* * * * Click on MANAGE. Click on Upgrade - Get New License.
* * * * Look for two more emails from TI: a License File (lic) for CCStudio v5, and new instructions.
* * * * Follow those instructions to install your CCStudio v5 upgrade.
after following these instructions i got the following:
When I clicked on Manage, then Upgrade - it came back with this error:
There is currently a problem with the Part Number being Activated. Error Number 10038.
what is the problem with my license renewal?
