programming a TMS320f241 with an XDS510-USB jtag pod

I'm trying to do something which I think should be simple, but with which  I have no experience .. 

I have a hex file that I want to reflash a TMS320F241 using an XDS510-USB jtag pod.

I have dowloaded and installed CCS 5.1  .. but it is not at all clear to me how to use CCS to reflash the TMS320F241 ..

Can someone outline (in detail) the steps required to do this?

    Hi Scott,

    three things I can suggest

    - there is a free flash programming tool from elprotronic for the C2000 microcontrollers (www.elprotronic.com)

    - there are many getting started aides on our wiki pages which include labs and training videos

    - in CCS for the C2000 when you are in debug mode, there is the On Chip Flash programmer available
