problem with update tools from CCS5.5

trying to update tools from CCS5.5 , after Help->CheckForUpdates, accepting all the needed tools in Window: "Available Updates",  I get the following error message:

    We have been having trouble with the update site, but it was fixed last night EST. When did you try this? Could you shut down CCS and try again?

    I bet you're getting foiled by the firewall at your company.  It is a common problem.  Have you tried the "Offline" CCS installer?  On the CCS download/installation page on the web, look carefully and you will see a link to the "Offline" installer.  Download the installer (yes, this will take a bit of time, but you can do it in the background and do other stuff while it occurs).  This will download the entire CCS package to your computer.  Then you can run the downloaded installer (this as opposed to the online installer which downloads the needed SW during installation and can have firewall problems).

    I have tried at about 14:00 Europe Time, on 17th Apr.

    Today (17th Apr) at the evening, about 22:00 Europe Time i'm trying to update, seems to run.

    Only problems with blackhawk site, no responce

    Thanks for the update. I'm not sure why the Blackhawk site is giving on response, but that's external to us, and so the previously mentioned problem with the web site doesn't apply. I'll see if I can find out what's happening.

    As I replied to to I have testet only on my home installation, today I have tested on my firm-workstation. Unfortunately, the update is not working.

    On my work station, trying to install new software I get the message:
