Target Configuration Error for C2000 Micro in CCS 4.2

Hello,

I am new to the development tools for the C2000 family (specifically, part number TMDSDOCKH52C1) and have attempted to run the "hello world" example on the F28M35H52C1. When I configure the target in CCS (v4.2.4), I chose the "Texas Instruments XDS100v1 USB Emulator" connection, then I checked the box for F28M35H52C1 in the drop down menu. Below is a picture demonstrating what I have done for Target Configuration:

When I attempt to run the code by pressing the "Debug" button, the following error appears:

I tried to look up the error number on this forum and I haven't seen anything like it. Does anyone know exactly how to fix this problem so that I can run the hello world example successfully on my F28M35H52C1?
