Where to download TI Cloud Agent and if there is anyway to communicate with CCS on mac........ I am really new......@anyone..........

If you are referring to the cloud debug agent, it should automatically be downloaded and installed when you try to connect to the Sensor tag for the first time via CCS Cloud. See 5:06 - 5:20 of this video where the agent is mentioned:

Are you using CCS Cloud or CCS Desktop? Because you mention downloading CCS but for CCS Clould, there is no CCS to download. If you are using CCS Desktop, you don't need the agent.

Thanks for your reply. But I am really new and I am working on a mac with win7 on virtual machine with VMWare. Having issues connecting to the sensor tag. The sensor tag after updating only show red led. I need to reset it to the factory default. Thank you in advance for your help.

running CCS via a virtual machine is always risky. You are better off using the TI Cloud tools or CCS for Mac beta.

I am using CCS for mac. Have resolved the issues. Only that I am not able to build a simplelink academy Lab1 program. When I build I get the following error :

I tried using the option given on wiki :
