at the moment, we have EnergyTrace support on XDS110 for MSP432 Launchpad only:

Is there any plan to support EnergyTrace on other Launchpads e.g.CC1310, CC26xx, CC32xx?

This issue was resolved offline. For those following the thread, a standalone XDS110 with additional EnergyTrace Pod Add-on must be used to have ET support for CC12xx/26xx/32xx. The standalone XDS110 should be available around 3Q.
