Install MSPWare Add-on failed

I have a fresh install of CCS 6.1.3. I want to install the MSPWare add-on, but this fails pointing to the error log. After a while I found out that this is not the "Error Log" which is explained in the Help. Window / Show View / Error Log is not available in CCS anyway. This should be fixed also!

The _correct_ error log I found in my workspace .metadata/.log is:
