    Are you installing CCSv5 or CCSv8? One of the pop-up messages in your attached document refers to a CCSv8 path, so I want to confirm which version you are trying to install. What is the operating system on your machine?

    Also please attach the .log file referenced in the error message.

    I see that you created two posts related to the same installation issue. They appear to be the same so I will go ahead and delete one. Let us know if that is not the case.
