CCS/TMS320F28022: Change color of disassembly window

Part Number: TMS320F28022

Tool/software: Code Composer Studio

How do I change the colors of the disassembly window while debugging? Want black background, and green and white text.

Thanks, Mark.

  • Mark,

It looks like the disassembly view and the memory browser do not respect the dark theme settings. In the case of the memory browser you can manually set some of the items you want. Unfortunately for the disassembly view this does not appear to be the case.

I found this bug report here:
    bugs.eclipse.org/.../show_bug.cgi

The report is from 2 years ago and has not been addressed in CDT/Eclipse to date so I am concerned that it is just going to sit.

We have a similar issue with our html based views (Resource Explorer...) but are working on a solution for that.

We have a bug filed against CCS to see if this is something that we could contribute back to Eclipse/CDT but I need to be honest that it is unlikely. CCSIDE-2952

  • Thanks, John:

I figured it is a low priority. Maybe another bug report will help. Thanks for doing that.

    Mark.

  • Mark,

Note that I have marked your post as TI thinks resolved. Not because we have a fix but because we have the bug report filed and I have a it associated with this thread. The bug entry itself is still open.

    Regards,
    John
