I'm an experienced software developer but completely new in programming of micro controllers. I bought a eZ430-Chronos and started making some tests with the CCS limited core edition. I'm using the 868MHz version. I'm able to build a new image and to download it to the watch.
The problem is that there is a difference in functionality between the uncestricted version of the example code and the size limited version. This applies also to the pre-compiled *.txt-files of the sports watch application which are delivered by TI.
E.g. the stopwatch-application and the buzzer don't work in the restricted version. Is this a bug or is it due to the code size limitation? As I wanted to start my own tests based on the stopwatch-application and don't have a CCS-License I can't do anything more now.
Can anybody help me?
