How do I open parallel debug manager in Code Composer. What are the basic steps.

Are you using CCSv3.3 (or earlier)? The Parallel Debug Manager (PDM) only existed in those old versions

That explains a lot. Yes this is an old project using CCS 2.21. Is there an updated alternative to parallel debug manager? I need to load .wks and .out files from another project I never worked on. Or should I just get an older version of CCS?

Are you trying to build the project? Then you may want to use legacy CCS (CCSv3.3 and earlier). The *.wks is a workspace file specific for legacy CCS. The *.out file you can likely load with current versions of CCS.

If you just wish to load the *.out file in the debugger, the you can use current version of CCS. If you plan on modifying and rebuilding the project, you may want to use legacy CCS.
