Is there any means to invoke Code Composer 3.3 Platinum on Windows 7 without needing to have administrative rights? How about Windows 10? Thank you for your answer for Windows- NT, 2000 and XP.

It may be possible by modifying the permissions for the relevant files and registry entries. Note that on 64-bit windows, some of the registry entries are in a different location (ex: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\GODSP) so you will need to adjust for that.
Note that the last version of Windows officially supported by CCSv3.3 is Windows XP. I have gotten it to work on Windows 7 and 10, but never tried it without administrator rights. Windows 7 and 10 tends to have a more "secure" setup that mat make it more difficult to work without admin rights. I do not recommend this environment, but instead encourage an XP VM if not a native XP machine.
Thanks
