CCS: TMS570LC4357 - MARCH-CC Test with cache use state

Tool/software: Code Composer Studio

I use MARCH-CC test in SafeTI Diagnosis Library.

But I set mpu setting in ram range(0x08000000 ~ 0x0803FFFFF) as Memory type normal outer and inner write-back, write allocate and non shared.

I think the cache is used in the MARCH-CC Test. Is it Ok that if MARCH_CC test is passed, Ram is safety state?

Hello

Do you mean PBIST test? The MPU settings don't affect the PBIST test to the RAMs (SRAM and peripheral RAMs).

I could not find "Diagnosis_MEM_MARCH_CC" in safety diagnostic library. Can you please point out where this function is located.
