How to write if condition statement in CCS.As my input is push button(portb_2) and output is led(portb_1). its a led on, when press switch. where to write, as I found many function are there in gio.c/////plz help me

Hello,

You should put gioGetBit in while(1) loop. This will check the status at every loop.

For example:

while (1)
{
    button = gioGetBit(gioPORTB, 2); //this will return the status of the pin 2
    ........
    ........
   ........
}

Hi Miro,

above program what I did, work properly when I m taking n2het1_15 as input and gpioB_1 as output.

But same I m facing difficulty for taking input as GPIOB_2(ip) and gpioB_1(op).where to check these registers values.i checked during debug but it shows bydefault 0x00000002.

Hello,

gioGetBit(gioPORTB, 2) will check the status of GIOB2 pin. You shold check PIMMUX tab ( GIOB should be enabled ) and Port B settings (GIO->Port B), where GIOB2 has to be set as input and BIOB1 as output. Of course you can use gio APIs to set whether pin to be Input or output.

Hercules RM46L850 has RTI (real-time interrupt) module to provide timer functionality. More information can be found in Chapter 13 in device TRM. n the examples you can find example_rtiBlinky.c examplethat blinks a LED every second usin RTI module.
