CCS/CC1352P: Re-generate make file (Ubuntu 18LTS)

Tool/software: Code Composer Studio

Is there a way to re-generate the make file from the command line. I know you can do so by using the Build button but I'd like to generate it from the CLI. One use case is when the $USER changes and all the paths need to be changed.
