Which MSP-CGT for MSP430 is the latest & where can I find the release notes?

    Jim,

    We maintain multiple compiler streams.  

    The 20.2.x is our most recent long term support compiler stream.  We are also maintaining the 18.12.xx long term support stream.  If you want the latest compiler you would get 20.2.1.  We release bug fixes regularly for our long term support compiler streams.  It just so happens that the 18.12.xx stream had a maintenance release this month.

    The MSP-CGT-19, MSP-CGT-18 part numbers are confusing.  Just ignore those and look at the version numbers.
