Hi!

I am using IWR1443BOOST for developing gesture classifier,and i found that some demos in the Labs of Industrial Toolbox which in the Resource Explorer,like "Gesture Recognition- Swipe Example" & "Gesture Recognition-twirl Example",are really helpful for my development.However,it seems that these demos only available for ES2.0,my IWR1443 Boost board is ES3.0(right?).I could not use these demos successfully for my board.

So i want to ask how can i use these demos successfully for my board(ES3.0)?For example, I want to know more exactly that how can I adjust the whole project to successfully run it. Or to say that which one of so many files in the project should I focus on to make some changes in it? Hope that there are some simpe and practical ways.Really thanks.

Hi Abel

These labs were deprecated from the mmWave Industrial Toolbox about a year ago and were not updated for IWR1443 ES3.0.

For Gesture Recognition applications you should look to the 68xx Gesture Labs on Resource Explorer.

Hi Akash,

Really thank you for answering, i have been known the reason why i can not use these demos successfully before.

However, i still have some questions about it.

Based on your reply, does it mean that it is practical to make a gesture application ourselves based on the 68xx Gesture Labs on Resource Explorer(if can,how?), or we must buy a 68xx series EVM for the development(seriously,our budget will can not afford to buy a 68xx EVM, that is the question really coufused us)?

We recommend IWR6843 for nearly all non-power sensitive industrial applications.
