CCS/LAUNCHXL-TMS57004: CCS/LAUNCHXL-TMS57004: XDS100 Driver

Part Number: LAUNCHXL-TMS57004

Tool/software: Code Composer Studio

Hi, on Mar 27, 2020 12:09 PM, I enquired as to how to get the devboard recognised by my Windows 7 PC. You suggested I check the screenshots in section 2.6 of https://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/XDS100 .

I could see that I didn't have the debug port listed, and that document told me how to re-load the drivers.

I have a repeat of the same issue, albeit on a second board. The board works on a Windows 10 installation. Checking the XDS document linked above, although it still shows the control panel screens as they should be, I can find no content under the section about re-loading drivers. Has it been removed? Is there anywhere else I can find what to do? My control panel:

Thanks
