CCS/TMDSEMU560V2STM-U: Observed BlackHawk XDS560 emulator connection issue from several cases in different customers out of box, need a conclusion

After the USB port of this device isconnected to the computer, 
there is no response in the device manager,
there is no corresponding drive deviceitem, 
and there is no corresponding uninstalleddrive device item.
The USB red light is on and the MODE greenlight is always flashing.
Above description applied to several cases in the same way.

    If it stays red, then this indicates that the probe is powered but device enumeration failed (which explains why you do not see anything in device manager).

    This means the probe is booting up. After ~20 seconds, the probe should be booted up, LED becomes solid green, and Device Manager should detect a new device ("found new hardware"). If it keeps blinking forever, then the bootup is failing (or failed).

    If the bootup failed, I suggest contacting Blackhawk support directly as this is an issue with the debug probe and not CCS.
