Hello, we are a research institute called zeroen that studies energy efficiency.

We are aiming to mass-produce IoT products by developing them using your products.
We downloaded the app for the product and tried to sign up for membership, but it says that the domain is not find the domain.

Can I request the changed domain if the domain of the application is missing or changed?

Hi InGeun Jeong,

This is an old reference design and the software/app for it is not updated or maintained regularly. We are not currently supporting it. The hardware design files and software source could still be used as a reference for building a similar type of system, but I suggest you use our latest devices and software since you appear to be working on a new design:

The SDK provides examples for how to use different networking applications/protocols and shows how to connect to the cloud. Additionally, we support various plug-ins for the SDK that are designed to help you quickly get connected to common IoT platforms:
