What is --c64p_lid_workaround and --array_alignment=8 option in CGT?

Hi expert,

I want to understand the usage for --c64p_lid_workaround and --array_alignment=8 option in CGT.

After checking user guide but did not find the description.

Could you please help to give some information?

Both options are not documented.

Regarding --c64p_dma_l1d_workaround ... Please search for it in the silicon errata document for OMAP-L138.

Regarding --array_alignment=8 ... This option is accepted by the compiler. It appears to have no effect. I'll confirm that and get back to you. On a related note ... Please understand that all arrays are always aligned to an 8-byte boundary.

The option --array_alignment relates to behavior of the compiler from many years ago. Please do not use it.
