Part Number: LM6142
Tool/software: TINA-TI or Spice Models
Has anyone created a LTSPICE Model for the LM6142. I know that a PSPICE Model is available for download but it doesn't work in LTSPICE. Has anyone ever created one or can explain how to convert the PSPICE to be read in LTSPICE.
We cannot support our models in LTSpice due to the EULA for LTSpice. I have taken a look at the model on the web for the LM6142 and it should work in any simulator that supports PSpice models. I have tested it in TINA-TI and PSpice using the attached .cir file and is should work properly.
Since the library on the web is named as a .mod file, I have renamed it and attached it here.
As an alternative, could you use TINA-TI? It already has the model built into it and it functions properly.
