Dear sir,

Our team is working on TIDA-00121 project of solar charge controller with street light, We want to optimized this project for 11.1V lithium ion battery what necessary changes need to change in program.

Please help me to changes in ADC value,is there any need to change in hardware also.

Our specs is mention below

1.Low battery cut off-9V

2.Full battery cut off-12.6V

3.Maximum charging current should limit on 5Amp

4.Solar panel detection should be-14V-22V

    The software for TIDA-00121 was designed for a 12V lead acid battery, and serves only as a starting point. The charging curves are similar, but you would need to change the software to manage the final stage of charge management as well.

    To alter the software as is, look at the defines CC_LIMIT, CC_TO_CV_LIMIT, and FLOAT_VOLTAGE.

    Additionally, the low battery cutoffs for safety are around line 373 and 379 in the main.c file, and will need to be altered for your battery.

    For the panel parameters, look to SUFFICIENT_PANEL_VOLTAGE and PANEL_UPPER_LIMIT.

    The hardware as is should be sufficient for your needs.
