Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM22675, TINA-TI

Hello,

I am trying to add the LM22675 spice model into LTspice, can some one help in how to go about this?

Thanks, MR

  • Hi Michael,

The PSpice model on the web is encrypted and will only run in PSpice 15.7 and up. In order to import it into another simulator, you will need the unencrypted model. Please contact your local field applications contact in order to obtain the unencrypted model. It might require an NDA with TI.

Alternately, you can use this model in TINA-TI. We have already released this to the product folder: http://www.ti.com/product/lm22675 (Look under "Tools and Software"). The typical application has already been setup around the model so you should be able to run the simulation out of the box. In case you are not familiar with TINA-TI, it is a free simulator provided by TI and can be downloaded from here: http://www.ti.com/tool/tina-ti.

Let me know if you have any questions.

    Best regards,
