Single Supply Operation with INA149

Hi,

I wanted to operate the INA149-EP from single rail of +15V.

Max common mode voltage will be 5V, at that time differential voltage will be 0V

Min Common mode voltage will 0V, at that time differential voltage will be 5V

I used the spice model from ti website and created model in Ltspice.

Following is the circuit. here I gave 3V differential and I expected 3V output. but i got 13.6V. can you tell what is the issue?


Second question is in normal operating with +/- 15V, what is the impact of adding 1kohm in series to each input arm?
