Our customer requires the TPS62362 HSPICE, PSPICE, or TINA model.

However there is no simulation model on your web.

Could you provide any one of the above simulation models?

The model that they would like to get most is HSPICE model, and second is PSPICE model, third is TINA model.

Hi Kohei,

Currently we do not have a Spice model for TPS62362. However we do have a Spice model for TPS62366A which is a newer devices. Please consider using this devices for your simulation and design. The model can be downloaded from here: http://www.ti.com/product/TPS62366A/toolssoftware

I have additional question.

Can we use the TPS62366A PSPICE model on TINA-TI?

If it is possible, please let me know the method. I tried it from "import PSPICE NET list" on TINA-TI, however a compile error appeared.

Sasaki-san,

The PSpice models for power products in the product folders are encrypted and can only be used in PSpice version 15.7 or higher. I have added the TPS62366A to the TINA-TI translation queue.
