WE are doing SI Analysis for our PCB. We are using SN65LVDT386ADBT, SN65LVDT388A,
IBIS model for these 3 parts does not include 100E internal termination.
Please confirm on this whether we need to provide 100E external 100E resistor

Based on our model review, the interanl resistor was not implemented in the IBIS model. It is recommended that user implement an external resistor.

But the LVDT receiver chips will be having resistor termination inside the chip right?

Yes, that is correct. The chip has internal on-chip termination. However, the model which was developed ~13yrs ago doesn't have the termination incorporated. So it is recommended that user implement an external resistor for proper simulation result.
