Unknown subcircuit with LMZ10500 LMZ10501 LMZ20501 in LTSPICE

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LMZ10500, LMZ20501, LMZ10501, TINA-TI

Dear Community,

we have a great base of models and knowledge in LTSPICE and currently try to run the LMZ10500, LMZ10501, LMZ20501 pspice models in LTSPICE.

Always the same error: Fatal Error: Unknown subcircuit called in:
   xu1 nc_01 nc_02 nc_03 0 nc_04 nc_05 lmz10501
Unfortunately it does not give a clue what the error could be.

We also tried the .include LMZ10500_AVG.LIB statement, transient and unencrypted models.
Can anyone get this models run under LTSPICE?

Best regards,

Wolfgang

  • Hi Wolfgang,

I am sorry, we are unable to support our models in LTSpice. Please consider using TINA-TI to simulate these devices. TINA-TI is a free simulator provided by TI.

LMZ10500 already has TINA-TI models available on the product folder.
LMZ20501 TINA-TI can be exported from within WEBENCH (along with a customized schematic for your design specifications).
We currently do not have a TINA-TI model for LMZ10501, but we can provide one to you if you are using TINA-TI.

    Thanks,
