I am trying to get my hands on some reasonable ltspice models for femtofets: CSD18541F5, CSD17484F4, CSD17382F4, CSD25480F3, CSD25484F4. I am aware of the encryption on the pspice models, and am willing to sign an nda if necessary to get the un-encrypted models. Otherwise, are you aware of anybody having any reasonable success using ltspice's fitting tool for your femtofets? Please advise.

I cannot comment on the LTSpice fitting tool accuracy, however, you might check with the LTSpice users forum as some have used the fitting tool and the VDMOS model for NexFET devices.
If you need to get the unencrypted PSpice models for the NexFETs you listed, please follow the instructions in the FAQ for obtaining the unencrypted PSpice models:
