Hello,

Ti prepared ISDK to run HSR or PRP application on Sitara AM3358 processor.

HSR/PRP software code interface is generally placed in PRU, I think.

Is possible to load this HSR/PRP code to PRU and use it from loaded Linux OS?

Hi Miroslaw,

HSR/PRP is only supported with SYSBIOS currently. Although you may be able to load PRU firmware from Linux, the driver running on host can only be on SYS/BIOS. HSR/PRP software architecture includes the ICSS EMAC which "consists of driver + firmware implementation. Firmware refers to the code running on the two PRU's which are part of ICSS while driver refers to that portion of code running on host which is directly associated with the firmware." see
