TINA/Spice/ISO721M-EP: Troubles designing switching amp. Useful ICs with no models for simulation.

When designing a switching power amplifier for 2MHz signal, I found that there is no one providing fast PWMs, and high-side(or combined bridge) integrated driver+buffer for driving fast MOSFETs(Si or GaN) at frequencies above 2MHz. I need to drive switching FETs at 10MHz minimum. There are plenty of Si MOSFETS capable of 15MHz, and GaN FETS switching up to microwaves.

trying to implement higher-side driver using logic gate, isolator IC and a MOSFET as fast substitute for a bootstrap diode.

The gate offered there is SN74LVC2G14, the high-side isolator is ISO721.

The simulation is performed in SPICE. It could be either TINA or LTspice, I don't care, while there are models available.

But neither of these ICs are provided with models.

There are only IBIS models, useless for switching amplifier simulation. It looks, like input and output buffers can be extracted from IBIS by Micro-Cap, but there is no relation between pins.

I got stuck here.

I need just some approximate working spice model for SN74LVC2Gxx, ISO72x series, or anything just nearly compatible in order to estimate the concept operation conditions.

... I just can't understand, why TI offers IBIS models but does not offer any tool for using them during R&D. ...encrypting models with software-embedded key is also a weird approach - any big enough rival company can hack a hard-coded key, but most customer users have permanent headache with jumping between incompatible softwares.
