TIDA-01371: Clarification regarding the Peak Power consumption formula about multiplication factor 4

Hi,

The Peak power consumption formula in page 3 of the TIDA-01371 is shown below

Peak power consumption = 4 *128 *470p *100*100* 7.5M = 18 kW.

Q1. From where the multiplication factor 4 comes into the picture?
       Is it related to the possible Five Level mode (+HV, +MID, 0, -HV, -MID) available in pulsar?
       OR
     Does it signify the four push pull convertors available in TIDA-01352 ?
