I have to build the product TIDA-01469.

I need help for documentation of PCB gerber. Is it possible to integrate the online documentation with the missing drilling file? If possible in excelon...

Thanks in advance for you reply

  • Donatella, hello and thank you for your interest in Texas Instruments and TI Designs. I have contacted the team that owns the design and we are in the process of locating the missing drilling file. Please give the next 1-2 days to locate it.

We do release layout files - in Altium format ?

We also use gerbers that have drill hole info

It’s all on the TI.com for that TI design landing page

We should be able to use it and integrate

    Thank you so much

If it is possible I would to open files with Orcad.
    Thanks

    Hi,

I've not really understod your question.

What we need is the drill file in Excellon or Sieb & Meyer format.

What you have on your TIDA landing page are files in gerber format that can not be converted in the correct format for making drills.

On your landing page there are also other files, probably in Altium format, but as we do not have this software we can not use them.

    Best regards

TIDA-01469E1_FabNotes.pdfTIDA-01469E1_GerberNCdrills.zipNicola, please find the files we were able to obtain from Krypton, our third party assembly house.

  • In reply to JohnFullilove:

Let us know on what we have sent. In the zipped files, there is a drill file "TIDA-01469E1.DRR". This design was done in Altium, which based on the earlier threads, may be a bit of a showstopper as we don't have these files in any other format.
