I am using TINA TI since few days,

There is a symbol for capacitors but Is there a symbol for polarized capacitors?

Hi,

As far as I know, this symbol is not available in TINA-TI. If you really need to show a polarized cap on the schematic, you could place a small text + sign next to the regular cap as a workaround.
