I would like to use in Simplis/Simmetrix the CSD17xxx series Mosfets but TI has on web site models only for PSpice and TINA. Tell me please is it possible to get model for Simplis/Simmetrix or maybe convert?

Hi Andrey,

Unfortunately, we are unable to release the unencrypted models for these devices on this public forum and there is no plan to convert these models to SIMextrix/SIMPLIS at this time. I will notify the product team to see if they can help you directly.
