Could you provide me the  spec of the transformer ，and tell me the switch freqency of  every MOSFET in the system

and the product have any sample i can buy?i'am a student from Tiawan  thank you

    Hi,

    The transformer spec:

    Winding spec: Np:Ns:Naux1:Naux2=22:4:5:13;

    Core spec: RM8 size/3F36 material;

    For Active clamp Fly-back, the switching frequency varies with input voltage and output current.

    For this design, the maximum switching frequency is about 400Khz.

    Which sample do you refer? If for ACF controller, SR driver, or isolator, you can request the sample through ti.com.

    If for Transformer, I can share with you that the part number is 750343803, you can request it from Wurth.

    If for GaN-FET in this design used, because it is from Navitas, you can contact the Navitas company.
