TINA/Spice/INA188: set the working temperature of the spice models

Part Number: INA188
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TINA-TI,

Tool/software: TINA-TI or Spice Models

Hi,

I am trying to measure the input bias current of INA188 by the TINA-TI software. I want to set the INA188 working in 75℃ environment. Can someone tell me how to set the working temperature of the spice models and what the default temperature of the spice models in TINA-TI software is?

  • Hi Amy,

Please go through the below thread.

If you want to change temperature (to other than default value) then you can go tab Analysis-->Set Analysis Parameters and at the first row you will see the parameter "Temperature of Environment". Default value is 27 and you can change it.
