WEBENCH® Tools/TIDA-03040: Unable to get 03 in MICROCTL in OWI Communication

i removed the PGA400-Q1 evm jumper pins through that i pins connected to tida-03040 board and i am able to read 03 in MICROCTL . so spi is fine through evm and tida-03040 board .

I connected VOUT1 of evm to tida-03040 vout1(i.e output ) still getting 00 in MICROCTL.

In EVM iam getting VOUT1 is 5v and in in TIDA-03040 getting VOUT1 is 1.67 .what should be the value over VOUT1?

Unable to get 03 in MICROCTL in OWI Communication.

as i am not able to connect using owi ,

i set the SEN1OFF1, SEN1OFF2 using evm to tida-03040 by spi .

by reloding cache , able to see the values A0 and 00 in bank5 .

But the problem is i am not getting 2.5v on VOUT2 pin IN both PGA-400q1 and ina250 ref pin .
