Hi,

I downloaded the uncrypted model but when I want to run by Tina it notifies an error .SUBCKT D_D1 1 2

Would you please lt me know the reason?

I also tried by LTspice!! and LTspice cannot run the simulation and notifies that cannot open the library.

Hi RZ,

There appears to be double definition of .SUBCKT D_D1 within the file. The first one is the one with lower letters and the second one is the one with capital letters. try to comment out or delete one of them.
