Trying to run the transient analysis and it says, "the process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process". I've read that you can change the directory of the temporary files but I do not know how to do that. Yes I know it's under view > options > environment variables and you must copy the file there but I don't know how to do that. Can someone please help me. I've tried re-installing it and copying and pasting the temporary folder to another location but nothing has worked.
