Hi Team,
I am using TIDA-00120 reference design for 48V System.
I have replaced the CSD18532Q5B with CSD19531Q5A and CSD18502Q5B with CSD19532Q5B.
While testing MPPT with Solar panel (Voc = 86V, Vm = 72V) i am facing the issues in the board. MOSFETS, MSP430 , SM72295MA got burnt. (Battery Connected 12V x 4)
Then i tested with another panel which has Voc = 76V, Vm = 64V even though the components got burnt. What would be the issue here? (Battery Connected 12V x 4)
What is the input voltage cutoff for the 48V system?
Should i use higher rated MOSFETs to solve my issue?
Anyone please resolve my issue
