Dear Sirs,
My customer is studying this reference design, now they have some technical questions, among them:
- Does calibration certificate and accuracy of the sensor (page 23 of TIDA-00972 user guide) is delivered by you for each sensor or this one can be used/reused.
- What is calibration formula/algorithm/process and how often it needs to be done.
Also and this for helping us decide on ABS plastic housing design:
- Is it a must for the sensor to have a direct contact with the environment (through a hole made on plastic housing) in order to accurately get both temperature and humidity values or this condition is limited to humidity or there ain't such a condition at all. Please advise.
