2. DC/DC SSR

Also, what are the difference between AC/DC, DC/DC, AC/AC, DC/AC SSR?

For more in-depth understanding I will take a look at
"Solid-State Relay Handbook with applications" Anthony Bishop

AC/DC type for example will tell you that output voltage that you are switching is AC voltage. on the other hand the input, control, signal will be DC voltage.

For higher voltage that you are looking for (120 or 230 V ac), you will need to use or two high voltage MOFETs or TRIAC.
