Tool/software: WEBENCH® Design Tools
i have designed the lm25116 pcb board for 12v @ 25 amps and used the quick start calaulator values
i got the output voltage as 12v , but when i put some load , the output voltage reduces to 2 or 3v
even i can vary the input voltage the output voltage stays constant ,this is true , but when i connect the load the output voltage goes to 2-3v
please help me out ,
pleasse let me know th error
Can you share your quick start file so that I can check your spec? Your given information is limited. We can't guess the root cause.
And try to reduce your output cap to see any improvement.

I reviewed your schematic, two suggestions:
1. Try to reduce your output cap to see any improvement.
2. Try to change Rramp=470k to see any improvement.
