Regard TIDA-010083 the standard is IEEE802.3at from my search AT just for high power ,
are it's COMPATIBLE with IEEE802.3af ??

yes, the TPS23758 used on the TIDA-010083 is also compatible to IEEE802.3af.

Please confirm if a PoE switch made specifically supporting PoE with 802.3af and they did not mention in their specs a support for 802.3at
Then what you are saying that it will still work on the supported 802.3af even if the PSE is not built with 892.3at specs

The TPS23758 is compatible with IEEE 802.3at and IEEE 802.3af compliant Ethernet switches.
There should be no concern with the TPS23758 interoperating with an IEEE 802.3at compliant or an IEEE 802.3af compliant Ethernet switch.
