TIDA-00121: Gate Driver for 150V Vpp

Hi,

The Design TIDA-00121. have the Gate driver LM25101C with a (HS) High side MOSFET  Voltage −1V to 100V - VDD.

we are going to increase the our  Vpp , for this we need the Gate Driver with an HS of 150V . i.e (High side MOSFET  Voltage −1V to 150V - VDD).So...

Please suggest the Gate driver Part No.

    Hi Gangadhar,

    As replied for another question from you on TIDA-010042, my suggestion is to use any of UCC27710, UCC27712 and UCC27714 depending upon the gate drive strength required.
