Hi Amith,

For FPC202RHUR operating junction temperature range is from -40deg C to 125deg C.

FYI, since these four devices are from different Product Groups, the answers will come at different times.

Your question does not specify recommended maximum operating or absolute maximum.

PCA9534 has a Abs max of 100C and recommended of 90C

TCA9517 has a Abs max of 125C and recommended of 90C
