TIDA-00123

Hello,

I am holding the document named "Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) I/O Module Front-End Controller with Tiva C Series ARM® Cortex™-M4 MCU" with the part number TIDA-00123. It seems to me that the document including reference design of schematic and layout were not available anymore. May I ask the reason why?

I have check the BOM list and there was just a few components not available. In case I can not get the Altium files, is there any remark that I have to mention when following this reference design?

I attach it here for further studying.

Thanks in advance.

Vu.

  • Nguyen, hello and good morning. The subject design is currently in the process of being obsoleted.  As is such, the supporting design collateral is also being removed from the web.  The design itself is very old (2014) and as a result there are a number of obsolete components as you have discovered. Our Factory Automation team is currently evaluating whether or not they will either update the design or replace it with another, more current design.

  • Nguyen, hello. Per further research upon our return to the office, we are not planning to complete the release of this particular reference design.  We apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused.
