Hello,
I design separate 2 board, first is mainboard use MCU "MSP430F6779A" and second is bluetooth board use chip "CC2460R2F" (RGZ package).
I use around 10 pin from BT board to connection with mainboard,
Pin | Name | Description | CC2640R2F |
7 | DIO_2 | GPIO, Sensor cotroller | UART_RX / SPI_MISO |
8 | DIO_3 | GPIO, Sensor cotroller | UART_TX / SPI_MOSI |
9 | DIO_4 | GPIO, Sensor cotroller | SPI_CLK |
10 | DIO_5 | GPIO, Sensor cotroller, high-drive capability | SPI_CS |
35 | RESET_N | Reset, active-low No internal pullup | BLE reset |
36 | DIO_23 | GPIO, Sensor cotroller, Analog | Shut down (Reserve) |
37 | DIO_24 | GPIO, Sensor cotroller, Analog | Interrupt Host (Reserve) |
38 | DIO_25 | GPIO, Sensor cotroller, Analog | Interrupt BLE (Reserve) |
44 | VDDS | 1.8V to 3.8 V main chip supply | VDD 1.8V to 3.8V |
EGP | Ground pad | GND |
So my question are,
1. Should I insert or add commponent (resistor or capacitor) of connection between BT board and main board?
And If must insert additional commponent in to the board
2. Which I should mount component BT board or main board?
