WEBENCH® Tools/CC2640R2F: CC2460R2F Bluetooth interface connection to mainboard (MSP430F6779A)

Part Number: CC2640R2F
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: MSP430F6779A,

Tool/software: WEBENCH® Design Tools

Hello,

I design separate 2 board, first is mainboard use MCU "MSP430F6779A" and second is bluetooth board use chip "CC2460R2F" (RGZ package).

I use around 10 pin from BT board to connection with mainboard,

Pin Name Description CC2640R2F
7 DIO_2 GPIO, Sensor cotroller UART_RX / SPI_MISO
8 DIO_3 GPIO, Sensor cotroller UART_TX / SPI_MOSI
9 DIO_4 GPIO, Sensor cotroller SPI_CLK
10 DIO_5 GPIO, Sensor cotroller, high-drive capability SPI_CS
35 RESET_N Reset, active-low No internal pullup BLE reset
36 DIO_23 GPIO, Sensor cotroller, Analog Shut down (Reserve)
37 DIO_24 GPIO, Sensor cotroller, Analog Interrupt Host (Reserve)
38 DIO_25 GPIO, Sensor cotroller, Analog Interrupt BLE (Reserve)
44 VDDS 1.8V to 3.8 V main chip supply VDD 1.8V to 3.8V
EGP Ground pad GND

So my question are,

1. Should I insert or add commponent (resistor or capacitor) of connection between BT board and main board?

And If must insert additional commponent in to the board

2. Which I should mount component BT board or main board?
